Here's the lowdown on tonight's episode…
Who's on The One Show tonight?
Fiona Elizabeth Bruce was born in Singapore on 25 April 1964, which makes her 54 years old.
She went to school in both the UK and in Italy before studying French and Italian at Oxford, where she briefly became a punk.
The television journalist and newsreader joined a management consulting firm for a year which made her miserable.

The 54-year-old later worked as a producer and reporter on both BBC Breakfast and Newsnight and in 1999 she became the secondary presenter of the BBC Six O'Clock News.
She has gone on to become the first female newsreader on the BBC News at Ten as well as presenting many flagship programmes such as Crimewatch, Real Story, Road Show and Fame or Fortune?
In 2010 she received an award as the female Rear of The Year and later said that her acceptance was "hypocritical" and "demeaning".
She met husband Nigel Sharrocks when he was director of one of the advertising agencies where she worked.
They married in 1994 in Islington and they now live in Belsize Park and Oxfordshire with their two children.
