Who pushed Kim Tate? Emmerdale's four suspects revealed

The soap villain – played by Claire King – ended up sprawled across the floor, covered in glass and blood, after crashing down on a chandelier in front of half the village.

It all kicked off during Home Farm's masquerade ball, leaving a whole host of potential suspects.

But there's four in particular who were nowhere to be seen when when the incident occurred.

Let's find out who they are…

Charity Dingle

Charity was upstairs at the same time as Kim – so she'd have had ample opportunity to throw her off the balcony.

During the party, Charity clashed with Kim and pair exchanged a bitter war of words. Could Charity have been riled up enough to try and kill her?

When she came down the stairs after Kim's fall, Charity claimed she'd been using the toilet.

Emma Atkins, who plays Charity, previously revealed that she doesn't want her character's ruthless side to disappear completely – so an attempted murder would certainly put her back on the map.

Last night's episode ended with Charity being arrested for the crime, but she insisted she was innocent.

Noah Dingle

Noah was also upstairs at the time of Kim's fall… could he have used this opportunity to kill the woman who was forcing him out of his home?

When he came downstairs after Kim's fall, Noah said he had been packing his bags after she evicted him from Home Farm.

He has the perfect reason to try and kill Kim – Noah had been enjoying life with brother Joe Tate in the house, and would likely to do anything to try and stay there.

Faith Dingle

When Kim landed on the floor, Faith suddenly emerged from another room.

She'd have had the perfect reason to seek revenge on the ex-con – she ruined Debbie Dingle's planned wedding to Joe.

Sally Dexter, who plays Faith, recently revealed that she was the one to watch at the party… but does this make her a potential murderer?

She said: "The masquerade ball is the sort of thing that Faith would organise if she could, although she can't take responsibility for this one. But she's an attendee – and an extremely important one."

Debbie Dingle

Although Debbie wasn't invited to the party, she did turn up at Home Farm after she realised Joe wasn't going to be walking her down the aisle.

After Joe's sidekick Graham warns him about Kim's plans, he flees the village and leaves Debbie at the altar.

Could murder be Debbie's ultimate revenge?
