Davina McCall was born on October 16, 1967, in Wimbledon and shot to fame in the 1990s thanks to her work with MTV.
She was raised by her grandparents after her parents split when she was three, before moving in with her dad as a teen.
Davina started her career off as a singer, performing in a band called Lazy Bear, while still at school.
Unhappy with her lack of success in the music industry, she gave up singing and took a job at Models 1 on the men's desk as a booker.

She then ran a restaurant for two years before briefly moving to Paris as a Moulin Rouge-style cabaret performer.

In 1992, Davina landed her first presenting role on Ray Cokes' Most Wanted on MTV Europe.
However, she boosted her profile in 1998 as the presenter of Channel 4's reality dating game show Streetmate.
