The 37-year-old presenter jetted out to Australia last week to co-host the ITV reality show with Declan Donnelly.
Ahead of the launch on Sunday night, Holly sent her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield and her replacement Rochelle Humes a video from the jungle set to give them an update.
She said: "It's only me in the Australian jungle.
"I've arrived safe and sound, I'm settling into my new home. It's amazing here.
"It's so beautiful, for someone who is not that brilliant with nature I'm sort of fitting in OK."

Holly then talked the pair through what she had been up to since landing Down Under.
She said: "I've seen my first spider, I think I sent you footage of that Phil.
"It was only a little one but it was a real life spider.
"I'm lifting up toilet seats wherever I go, I'm checking the inside of my shoes.
"I'm yet to see a snake. We've done a few rehearsal bits, I've done a Bushtucker trial, well I haven't done it but I've watched one, so I've seen crocodiles and stuff."
But proving she's still adjusting to jungle life, Holly then squealed a little and said: "Something's just landed on my arm, agh! There's things that land on you everywhere.
"They have flies that bite, everything bites, everything wants to eat you."
Holly then spoke about this year's line-up, which includes Harry Redknapp, John Barrowman and The Chase's Anne Hegerty.
She said: "We're just gearing up to get ready, you've seen the line up now which I think is amazing.
"If I'm feeling nervous the celebrities must be even more nervous.
"Sending you loads of love, and I'm missing you. Hope you enjoy the first show."
Phil then shared two pictures of Holly visiting the famous jungle shower, sticking her hand under it while wearing denim shorts and a black T-shirt.
