Chris Ramsey, 33, has demonstrated improvement week after week on Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Karen Hauer, 37, since the series began back in September. The pair are just one of four couples still standing, all hoping to get a place in next week’s Grand Final of the BBC dance show. With the Glitterball Trophy within his grasp, could the comedian be left disappointed as he becomes the latest celebrity eliminated?
Chris faced the dreaded dance-off last Sunday, going up against Alex Scott, 35, and her dancing partner, Neil Jones, 37.
However, it was thanks to head judge Shirley Ballas, 59, he survived to perform for another week after his Musicals week routine.
This evening, he and Karen will take to the floor to show off their Rumba skills, as well as demonstrating their take on a Viennese Waltz.
Having to perform twice in the semi-final might not win over the viewers this time as bookmakers have the comedian as the favourite to exit.

According to latest odds from Ladbrokes bookmakers, Chris’ chances of leaving stand at 2/9, with EastEnders actress Emma Barton, 42, just behind at 9/2.
In terms of lifting the Glitterball trophy, the comedian sits at 33/1 to become champion next weekend.
Ladbrokes spokesperson Alex Apati said: “It doesn’t look like Chris will be having the last laugh this weekend with a Strictly exit seemingly imminent.”
For Karen, this would be her first time being voted off in the semi-final, having been knocked out twice previously in the quarter-finals.
It would be the cherry on the top
The professional dance has only ever made it to the final once before back in 2014 when she was partnered with television personality, Mark Wrght, 32.
Can Chris defy the odds once more, or will tonight’s double performances be his swan song from the competition?
Appearing on It Takes Two earlier this week, Karen revealed some interesting information about her time on the show which could see her partner get a place in the final.
When she last made it to the final, the week before she had danced both a Rumba and Viennese Waltz with her celebrity, the exact same two she will dance with Chris tonight.

Whilst the comedian sat in shock at the coincidence, host Rylan Clark-Neal, 30, declared: “Oh so this is history repeating itself…”
Karen added: “It would be the cherry on the top, but a lot of people don’t like cherries.”
With another exit looming, eyes are also turning to who could claim victory after weeks of dancing their way to top.
According to Ladbrokes bookmakers, former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher, 35, remains the hot favourite to win.

The soap star’s chances of becoming champion stand at 1/3, with EastEnders star Emma just behind at 5/1.
If Kelvin were to win, this wold be the first time his professional partner Oti Mabuse, 29, has got her hands on the Glitterball Trophy.
However, Karim Zeroual, 25, and Amy Dowden, 28, received the first perfect score of the series last weekend.
Could they trump their competitors to the top spot as no one else has yet been awarded a 40?
Strictly Come Dancing 2019 continues tonight at 7pm on BBC One.
