Selling Sunset season three was released earlier this month and viewers got to find out the latest gossip from the real estate agents. The Netflix series originally premiered last year and has since gone on to become a hit. While a fourth season has not yet been confirmed, fans are expecting the reality series to return.

Will Davina and Maya set up a rival agency?

During season three, Davina Potraz grows frustrated as she tries to sell the $75million (£57,439,125) house.

The property is on sale for three months but as boss Jason Oppenheim believes it is overpriced, he cancels the listing.

He made the decision during his brother Brett’s flat warming party, despite a few of the other Selling Sunset stars sticking up for Davina.

But technically, Davina does not need The Oppenheim Group to sell the house.

As she has mentioned a few times in the show, Davina has a broker’s license which means she could go out on her own and set up her own firm.

She isn’t the only one who has talked about a potential future without The Oppenheim Group.

Maya Vander has mentioned getting her brokerage license as well and has previously shown interest in how to run a business.

She also asks Jason an important question nearing the end of series three.

Maya is pregnant during the third season and while she works in LA, she spends a lot of time flying to Miami where her husband is.

The agent questions if it would be possible to open up another office in Miami so she can stay there full time.

While Jason says he would think about it, he did say his first choice to start a franchise would be in New York rather than Miami.

So it is unclear whether or not he will set up a new office in Miami just because he wants to keep Maya on his team.

Talking at Chrishell Stause’s charity event, Maya speaks to Davina about getting her licence as well.

When Davina asks if it would be for a franchise of The Oppenheim Group, Maya says she isn’t sure.

Maya said: “Like why do I even need this?”, to which Davina replied: “It certainly crosses my mind.”

Could this mean Maya and Davina will quit to set up their own brokerage together?

Another factor annoying many of the agents is Jason’s apparent favouritism towards Mary Fitzgerald.

Jason is often seen giving Mary listings which he doesn’t do for anyone else in the office.

The pair used to date and are now close friends but their relationship has not gone unnoticed.

If this does continue, it could end up pushing Davina, Maya and possibly some of the other agents away from The Oppenheim Group.

Selling Sunset is available to watch on Netflix.
