The Coronation Street actress looked shocked via video link from Australia on Lorraine earlier today when the TV host joked that she had to do one more food-related challenge after she was forced to eat cow teat while in the jungle.
Last night, the soap star, 30, became the latest celebrity to exit camp, after Noel Edmonds and Malique Thompson-Dwyer.
Earlier today, Lorraine told her: "We've actually got a Bushtucker Trial of our own. But I think you may enjoy this one a little bit more than you did."
Sair tentatively asked: "Really?"
Moments later the presenter asked her to lift up the silver lid of a dish on the table before her.
The Corrie favourite looked delighted as she uncovered it to find "proper chocolate" – as opposed to a cow's teat she had to pretend was chocolate.
It comes as Sair was forced to eat a gruesome cow's teat in last Wednesday's stomach-churning Bushtucker Trial.
The actress took on the Dreaded Deliveries eating challenge with Malique, while horrified host Holly Willoughby shrieked: "What is wrong with you people?"
"Oh my God," cried Holly as she introduces the disgusting dinner – looking like she was about to throw up. "That is teat masala."
"It's a cow's teat," added Declan Donnelly, as Sair picked the lid off the putrid meal of masala sauce with udders bobbing about in it.
To her credit, brave Sair took it in her stride, giggling as she examined the dish.
Pointing at the various teats, she told the hosts: "That one looks like white chocolate, that one looks like dark chocolate, that one looks like milk chocolate – and I love milk chocolate, so great."
The soap star added unconvincingly: "I'm really looking forward to it."
"It does look quite chocolately," says Dec, while Holly looks away, unable to watch as Sair grabbed a cocktail stick and speared her preferred teat.
"What is wrong with you people?" the This Morning host yelled as she gazed into the distance behind her co-host.
However, Sair doesn't look anything like as fazed as she popped the light-brown udder into her mouth and slowly chewed it.
