After the gang successfully steal millions of Euros from the Royal Mint of Spain at the end of Money Heist season two, they all assemble on a boat to travel into international waters meaning they can celebrate and enjoy spending the money. However, filming that scene proved to be quite difficult for Tokyo star Úrsula Corberó.

The scene of the team celebrating wasn’t shown until season three as they reflect on how they got out of Spain and to various parts of the world.

The Professor (played by Alvaro Morte) informed the gang on what they must do next and who to contact if they got into trouble.

In the series, the gang all look freezing cold as The Professor gives out instructions on the deck but it was actually an incredibly hot day meaning the cast struggled with the conditions.

Úrsula explained: “There were a bunch of hard scenes, to be honest.

  • Money Heist season 4 ending explained: What happened at the end?

“But yes, I could think of the scene from Season 3 when we were all on the boat, and then the professor says “We’ve crossed international waters”. This is when we were fleeing from the Royal Mint of Spain.

“We were shooting then at the high seas in Thailand wearing winter clothes in 45-degree weather, and many of us were vomiting because of the high waves.

“Miguel had a heat stroke. And when we landed, I wasn’t feeling very well.”

She added: “It was one of the hardest scenes, I would say. You could say it was the throwing up scene.”

Úrsula also opened up on Tokyo and Rio’s (Miguel Herrán) romance hinting it’s unlikely they will reunite.

The actress told Identity magazine: “With Rio’s vulnerability and Tokyo being very protective of him, we can see that from the very beginning.

“But perhaps it’s a bit toxic because of Tokyo’s personality.

“For their future, of course, I do know how it’s going to go from here. But I don’t want to give anything away.”

Meanwhile, fans are hoping Berlin (Pedro Alonso) will make a return from the dead in the fifth series.

At the end of season two, he was repeatedly shot in the chest as the police came close to catching the gang.

  • Money Heist season 3: Is Alison Parker in the new series?

While he has appeared in flashback scenes in series three and four, one moment hinted he’s not really dead.

Sharing an intimate moment with Palermo (Rodrigo De la Serna), Berlin tells him: “I’m confident that one way or another, time will bring us back together.”

Is this a clue he will step in to help the gang escape the Bank of Spain in the next season?

Money Heist seasons 1-4 are available to stream on Netflix now.
