Love Island's Jordan Hames shows off new home as he quits fame to become a property developer

JORDAN Hames is trying his hand at a new career and has bought a home he intends to 'flip' as a property developer.

The 26-year-old is planning on expanding his income options beyond reality TV and modelling by branching into property development.

Jordan bought a house in greater Manchester which he hopes to renovate into "a modern family home".

Posing out the front of the terrace house in a lemon corduroy jacket and trousers set, with matching Nike sneakers and sunglasses, Jordan promised "imma share my journey start to finish!".

He captioned the post: "Here it is! 🏠 I plan to renovate this beautiful property into a modern family home📍Located in the catchment area of a great school in the heart of Greater Manchester. Thank you for following the page! I’ll keep you guys updated every step of the way 🔑 "

Jordan then toured the house, showing his 805,000 Instagram followers the dated interior design.

His famous friends and fans rushed to congratulate the reality star on his big purchase.

Love Island star Chris Taylor wrote: "Styles out outfits with houses now."

While Chris' ex Maura Higgins added: "Congratulations 👏👏👏"

And Ellie Brown wrote: "Yesssir!! 🙌👏❤️."

Jordan was catapulted into the spotlight during 2019's Love Island, where he publicly dated Anna Vakili, 29.

However, the Manchester native was branded "fake" in the villa after making a move on India Reynolds, 29, hours after asking Anna to be his girlfriend.

Until his recent house purchase, Jordan was living with fellow Love Island stars Michael Griffiths, Chris Taylor and Danny Williams.

The awesome foursome, who first shot to fame during their stint on the 5th series of the ITV reality show even shot their very own MTV series about living together.

The boys moved in to their bachelor pad, located in Essex, during the summer when lockdown restrictions started to ease.

They have filmed all the footage for the new programme Living The Dream themselves.

Back in September last year, Chris, 30, revealed that he was moving in with Michael and Jordan, 25, at the TV Choice Awards.

He said: "I'm moving in with Jordan Hames and Michael Griffiths in a couple of weeks so I'll have them near to me all of the time which will be cool.

"We know some of the neighbours though, so I'll pre-warn them and stick a note on the door and say 'sorry'."

The guys also had a fifth member of the household – Jordan's adorable puppy Kehlani – who featured in one of the hilarious promo shots for the new show.
