The 54-year-old shared her video diary on today's show as she finally headed to her GP for her cervical screening.
Speaking to the camera, she said: "So I've just arrived for my smear, I'm ten mins early actually.
"And my daughters were asking if I was nervous, I'm not nervous at all!
"I just want to get it done, worry gone! Big fat tick, done.
"Here I am with Dr Philippa. Isn't she lovely? I'm really excited to get this out the way."
Dr Phillipa chatted Nadia through the process, which checks the health of a woman's cervix, the opening of womb from a vagina.
Nadia admitted she had put her smear off for a year, saying: "This is actually good news! When we were first talking about, I rang my doctors.
"Turns out after menopause you only need to get it done every five years.
"I thought I was two years late but I'm one year late. Yes [I've emptied my bladder], let's do it kids!"
Despite postponing her visit to the GP, Nadia praised how "quick" and "easy" the smear test was.
She asked: "Have you done it? Is that it?"
She added: "How easy it is! It just takes seconds! I got my tests and I'm clear. It's that worry, just get it done get it out the way."
Loose Women have launched a #FaceYourSmear campaign which aims to encourage women to book in for their cervical screening.
The amount of women undergoing their smear tests has plummeted to an all-time low since the cervical screening records began in 1995.
