JAMES Argent looked slimmer than ever as he posed for his latest selfie.
Arg, 34, was 27st 5lb last April before having gastric sleeve surgery.
After his weight loss op, in which a large part of his stomach was removed, he is now 15st 7lb and has been wowing people with his incredible figure in videos on Instagram.
Slimmed-down Arg looked happy and healthy as he tucked into eggs benedict at the Duck & Waffle in East London.
Taking to Instagram he shared a selfie of himself looking straight at the camera, and showing off his chiseled cheekbones.
He wrote on the snap: "Normal".

Arg previously told The Sun doctors had warned him he would die if he did not lose weight.
He later told TV show Steph's Packed Lunch about being overweight: "It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror.
"It felt depressing and it just wasn't me.
"Now I'm starting to feel like myself again and I'm excited about what the future is going to bring."

Meanwhile, James posted a video with Elliott Wright recently, and wrote over the top: "Huge summer for the pair of us."
He has also just launched his new music career with The Arg Band, performing at events and weddings.
