Horror movie The Fourth Kind has ‘traumatised’ fans so scared they’re crying and say they ‘can’t sleep for a week’ | The Sun

GRIPPING horror movie The Fourth Kind has left fans "messed up" and "scarred for life."

The chilling sci-fi movie, available on streaming service Netflix, was originally released in 2009 but the fear factor remains.

The eerie plotline tells the tale of an ongoing unsolved mystery in Alaska.

It claims to be "based on the actual case studies" and centres on a small town which has been subject to a huge number of unexplained disappearances.

While some have accused authorities of a cover up during the four decades of unexplained behaviour, others suspect something more sinister.

This leads to psychologist Dr Abigail Tyler, played by Milla Jovovich, making disturbing discoveries about alien activity in the patch – with shocking consequences.

A third added: "This movie was probably the scariest I've ever seen."

A fourth then bluntly confessed: "This one messed me up."
