Harry, 38, explained how he cane across picture of Meghan, 41, on a friend's Instagram, where she could be seen in a clip with the dog ear filter.

Harry said: "That was the first thing, I was like, 'Who is that?'."

He later revealed: "Meghan and I met over Instagram.

"I was scrolling through my feed and someone who was a friend had a video of the two of them, it was like Snapchat."

Meghan explained how she was happily single and was intending on having a "hot girl summer", until a "plot twist" came in the form of "H".

"I was really intent on being single and having fun girl time," admitted mum-of-two Meghan.

"I had a career, I had my life. I had a path. And then came H [Harry]. Talk about plot twist."

The couple even shared some of the first messages they exchanged before finally meeting up face to face.

Harry writes: "So come on – what u doing tomorrow night? Hope you're having fun over there!"

Meghan replies: "Heading back to Soho. I have a dinner tomorrow at 8 but can do drinks tomorrow night. Would that work? Maybe 6?"

An enthralled Harry sends back: "You're ON!"

Later in the episode, , Meghan revealed that Harry was half an hour late for their first date, leaving her unimpressed and assuming he had an "ego".

She said: "He kept texting 'I'm in traffic, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry'", as Harry chimed in that he was "panicking, freaking out and sweating".

The former Suts actress explained: "Then, I didn't know him, so I was like 'Oh is this what he does? Got it. Like this I'm not doing. I'm not going to sit and wait."

As Harry asked her, giggling: "What is that supposed to mean?", as Meghan said: "Like, one of those guys who has that much of an ego that any girl would sit around and wait a half hour for you.

Harry then described how he walked in to the room 30 minutes late "a hot, sweaty, red ball of a mess", as a giggling Meghan could be heard saying: "You were so sweet."

His clear discomfort obviously changed Meghan's initial thoughts about his ego, as she said: "You were genuinely so embarrassed you were late."
