Coronation Street character Gemma Winter managed to deliver all four of her babies successfully last night as she went into labour while in a cable car in Llandudno.
The Corrie character gave birth to her first baby in the air and was then rushed to hospital to give birth to the other three.
While viewers were absolutely loving the scenes, some couldn't help but notice Gemma seemed to be walking around straight after a major c-section procedure.
One fan moaned on social media: "Coronation street. Emergency c section under a general anaesthetic … and there she is walking around a NICU unit, snogging Chesney’s face off. Yeah… that’s true to life. That event would have been so traumatic. Massive fanl."
Another added: "What a ridiculous storyline, Gemma and Chesney. What are the chances the ring would be found and Gemma walking around almost immediately after a c section. Come on writers some attention to detail please!"

A third wrote: "So realistic tonight’s episode. Gemma had 1 baby vaginally, 3 under general anaesthetic yet she’s up walking about seeing babies in SCBU."
A fourth chipped in: "Who ever wrote about Gemma being up and walking around hrs after having a emergency c-section hasn't got a clue."
Chesney Brown's (Sam Aston) marriage proposal to Gemma in the cable car was interrupted by Gemma's water breaking in a dramatic twist.

However, he made sure to pick up where he left off after Gemma had their four children, Bryn, Cleo, Carys and Aled.
Gemma went to find him and told him that she would marry him, as he produced the ring and sealed the deal.
Forthcoming scenes will see Gemma terrified as she tries to care for her four newborn babies.
She will also be left worried when she is told that she can be discharged from hospital but she has to leave her children behind.
Even the news that she and Chesney have been booked into a hotel nearby doesn't cheer her up.
How is she going to cope with motherhood?
Corrie continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on ITV.
