Coronation Street's Stephen Reid has found himself at the centre of an unlikely debate after one fan claimed he has "raw sex appeal".
The serial killer, played by Todd Boyce, has been wreaking havoc on Weatherfield since last year after he claimed his first victim, Leo Thompkins (Joe Frost) in September 2022.
He has since murdered Leo's father, Teddy Thompkins (Grant Burgin) and most recently businessman Rufus Donahue (Steve Meo).

But it seems his dark behaviour has only enticed a number of fans, with one commenting on his "dreamy eyes".
Sharing the controversial opinion online, they wrote: "Has there ever been a soap character with the raw sex appeal of Stephen, I can’t concentrate when he’s on screen because I get lost in his dreamy eyes".
The tweet, which was also shared on Reddit, had fans debating the unexpected topic as a second added: "I have to admit Stephen brings a certain panache to his killings. Something not seen very much in serial killers".
"They do say we prefer a bad boy…” agreed another viewer.
But the post had other fans up in arms as one responded: "If this isn’t satire, I’m genuinely going to be sick".
Referring to the recent storyline which saw him drug Carla Connor (Alison King), a second joked: "Someone’s had LSD tea…”
While another echoed: "I think he’s one of the creepiest weirdos I’ve seen in years".
Jack P Shephard, who has portrayed David Platt since 2000, teased that Stephen's downfall is set to come later this year and revealed his character is heavily involved.
"Things are getting on top of him and people are starting to find out," the 35-year-old told Digital Spy.
The actor added: "And I think I'm heavily involved in it, although I haven't read it yet! People have said I am. People have said I'm in it, so that's always nice".
