FORMER Coronation Street stars Shayne Ward and Catherine Tyldesley have reunited for a brand new Channel 5 drama.
The pair, who played Aidan Connor and Eva Price on the ITV soap, have joined the cast for The Good Ship Murder, a murder-mystery set to air later this year.
Shayne, 38, told of his excitement to be the lead in the upcoming eight-part series.
“This year is going to be a big year for me. I’m releasing new music, headlining my first solo tour in 11 years and starring in my first lead role in a big TV series.
Anyone who likes Agatha Christie-type crimes or murder mystery stories will love this," he told The Mirror.
“Half of it was shot on location and the other half was shot on board a real-life cruise ship.”
