The Geordie Shore star, 23, posted the snap on Instagram last night looking stunning in a black mini dress, which she captioned: "Tuesday got me like ✨ @motelrocks #motelrocks #ad."
Fans of the reality star weren't too impressed by her smaller physique, as they began commenting that she had photoshopped parts of her body to make it look skinnier.
One commented: "Allllllll that money on surgery and you still photoshop your photos. So sad."
While another added: "Where is the real Chloe??"
Although others were quick to defend the star, with one saying: Chloe you look stunning! That dress really suits you, just lovely! XXX ??❤️"
A second added: "People are clearly stupid.. Your stunning chloe, don't let anyone tell you different all these haters are jealous because they wish they were you, they want to have your figure while You rock everything you wear ??."
Last week Chloe went on a rant about how she wished she could 'turn back time' and not have opted for the surgical route.
The star admitted to regretting getting the £50k procedure that 'puts a line in your belly': "I just think in life you learn from your mistakes and I obviously made a mistake and I've learnt from it. I didn't need to get it."
She said she felt held back by trolls from being raw about her experiences: "I would love to share with everyone what I do at the gym and what I eat.
"But you're always going to get those judgemental people who are like ' yeah you've had surgery but it doesn't mean you can eat what you want and literally not train – you'll put your weight back on.'"
She continued to vent to her 3 million followers: "It's so annoying because I have so much to say about it. "But I cant be arsed for the hate with people saying stuff.
"Because people don't actually have a clue.
"You get surgery yeah it helps but you don't get exactly what you want."
