Coronation Street’s Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) saw her life flash before her eyes when she fell through the roof of Underworld last week.
The Coronation Street cast member is going to be so set on making sure factory boss Carla Connor (Alison King) pays for her negligence, she stops paying attention to her husband Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine).
He is going to start showing signs he is ill, but Sally misses them as she becomes less focused on her family, and more on making sure Carla suffers the consequences.
At work, Tim feels unwell and reaches for the indigestion tablets, horrifying Gina (Connie Hyde), who walks into the cab office and is shocked by the state of him.
Tim fobs her off and insists he is okay, but later experiences pains in his chest and arms.
Gina arrives and tells him she won’t leave until she knows he is okay, and it is clear that he is not.
She then goes over to number 8 and urges Sally to get him to a doctor as soon as possible.
A terrified Sally realises something is wrong and immediately calls an ambulance, but is it going to be too late?
Meanwhile, Gina is set to try and make a second attempt to leave the cobbles later in the week.
Sally begs her not to go, waiting their relationship to get back to normal, but Gina is determined to leave.
The actress is set to make a shock exit from the soap after two years in Weatherfield, according to the Sun.
Is Sally going to lose her husband and her sister in one week?
