THE Great British Bake Off 2020 is in full swing with delicious bakes, witty banter and Hollywood handshakes filling our Tuesday evenings.
We've already seen Cake week, Biscuit week and Bread week – so what are the themes for the rest of the series?
What is the theme this week?
- Week five, October 20 – Pastry Week
- Week four, October 13 – Chocolate Week
- Week three, October 6 – Bread Week
- Week two, September 29 – Biscuit Week
- Week one, September 22 – Cake Week
Tonight, the theme will be Chocolate Week.
Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood set three challenges to test the bakers.
A traybake in the Signature, a Technical full of chocolate and nuts, and a celebration white chocolate Showstopper.
What other themes will there be?
The Great British Bake Off has a different theme to challenge the contestants with every week.
Previous themes include Dessert Week, Pudding Week, Caramel Week and Forgotten Bakes.
However, we will have the wait to see what else this year has in store.
When is Bake Off 2020 on TV?
The Great British Bake Off 2020 airs on Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4.
The bakers were selected by April 2020, but due to coronavirus restrictionsthe filming schedule had to be rewritten, with the series hitting TV screens a month later than usual.
There are 10 episodes with An Extra Slice airing on C4 tonight (Friday September 25) at 8pm.
