Mick Norcross ‘allowed porn film based on TOWIE to be filmed at Sugar Hut’

Mick Norcross allegedly gave permission for a porn film to be shot inside his famous Essex nightclub Sugar Hut.

The businessman, who sadly died on January 21, was reportedly paid a "substantial fee" but did not take part in the movie himself.

The porno was called The Only Way Is Es(Sex) and in the movie, actors Stacey Lacey and Kai Taylor are seen engaged in sexual acts on a sofa, with the familiar triangular Towie logo seen in the background.

Television X, which produced the film, The Only Way Is Es(Sex), told The Sun: "We spoofed Towie with stars who really know how to put the sex into Essex – Mick was upstairs during Stacey’s scene."

According to the publication, Mick did get paid for the job – but simply for allowing his venue to be used.

Daily Star Online has contacted Lime Pictures – Towie's production company – asking for comment.

Mick is understood to have sold Sugar Hut, popular with reality stars and footballers alike, back in 2019.

The nightclub often featured on episodes of The Only Way Is Essex, where the stars of the reality show would party and end up having blazing rows for the cameras.

However, Mick decided to leave Towie in 2013 because he worried that the show would ruin his life and the popularity of Sugar Hut.

Mick said that he wanted out because he worried about his association with the show, and that it being used as a filming location was damaging the reputation of his nightclub.

Announcing he was ending his on-screen career to protect his livelihood, he told The Sun: "My club is an upmarket venue where people come to drink champagne and feel spoiled.

"All these rows they keep filming don’t show the club in a good light and I’m worried it’s putting people off coming, which is the last thing I want."

Mick continued: "Allowing the Sugar Hut Honeys to be called slags is the final straw. I would never allow that to happen in my venue. I’ve had enough. I’m out."
