Mark Wright is no stranger when it comes to delighting his followers with an array of shirtless snaps showcasing his ripped physique.
The reality star's latest post certainly didn't disappoint as he encouraged his fans to work out at home amidst the second coronavirus lockdown.
Mark, 33, left little to the imagination in the video as he showcased his boxing skills and worked on his washboard abs.
The star who rose to fame on the hit ITVBe show, The Only Way Is Essex shared the 30-minute work out on his Instagram Grid as part of his Trainwright business venture.
Opting to go for full gym attire, Mark rocked a longsleeved jumper, a pair of mega-tight leggings and a bobble hat for the occasion.
He hoped fans would follow in his footsteps and complete the workout but many were distracted by the visible bulge sticking out of his tight leggings.
"I'll catch up with this later. Don't know if I'll be able to focus with a bit of an eyeful," commented one.
While a second added: "Glad it's not just me looking at the obvious," before adding an aubergine emoji.
"I don't care about sports, I love what I see… Man, it's getting steamy in here," exclaimed a third.
In a state of ecstasy, a fourth stunned fan exclaimed: "@michellekeegan is a lucky, lucky girl," alongside several winky-faced emojis.
Mark often shares work out tips with pal Olly Murs as they work up a sweat for social media, with Olly often playing pranks.
Recently, the singer, 36, sent fans wild as he joined forces with Mark to recreate a video similar to that of Gavin and Stacey's Christmas special – which saw Olly be booted from Mark's home.
As he attempted to make his way into Mark's home that he shares with wife Michelle, he was left startled when Mark reminded him that he can't due to the coronavirus restrictions.
