Love Island star Jacques O'Neill has revealed he is 'absolutely devasted' by the death of a close family member.
The 23-year-old, who shot to fame on series eight of the hit ITV2 dating show in 2022, shared the sad news on his Instagram Story.
Since leaving the villa, Jacques has been keeping his loyal legion of fans updated on life-post-Love Island.

But on Tuesday (April 18) the former rugby star took to his Instagram Story to reveal the heartbreaking news that his Uncle has passed away.
Jacques uploaded three sweet snaps of him with his late Uncle Russ alongside a caption that read: "R.I.P Uncle Russ. Absolutely devastated and shocked, you will be very much missed by the whole family."
Jacques was seen on our TV screens last summer as he entered the Love Island villa to find love.
The star entered the villa as a bombshell with a history of dating Gemma Owen and went on to find a spark with Paige Thorne in the villa.
The two eventually called it quits after Paige set her sights on Newcastle bombshell Adam Collard who made his return to the Love Island villa for a second time.
Post-show, Jacques recently made headlines after fellow Love Islander Rami Lambert claimed Jacques' friend punched him at the end of a night out.
However, Jacques claimed Remi's accusation was a "big lie,” was also insisting that he didn't start an argument, wasn't physically involved in anything that happened and only jumped in to stop them fighting.
Jacques kicked off his post with a strong statement as he denied the altercation.
Since Jacques' exit he has continued to catch up with some of his former islanders and interacting with his villa bestie Luca Bish.
Jacques and Luca bonded in the villa and built a firm friendship – and as Luca regularly shares support on his pal's Instagram feed, it looks as though they're still keeping in touch a year on.
