Love Island’s Anton Danyluk opens up on winter series as he launches fitness app

Love Island star Anton Danyluk has revealed that he thinks the winter version of the reality show will be successful.

The Scottish hunk, 24, rose to fame on the latest series of the ITV2 dating show earlier this year.

It took a while before Anton finally found romance in the shape of blonde bombshell Belle Hassan.

The lovebirds have been on and off since they left the villa in August but the romance has now fizzled out due to their hectic schedules.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online about Belle, Anton said: "Me and Belle will always have that flirt with each other but nothing more than that.

"We went through such a life changing experience together.

"I've got so much time and love for the girl. I wish her all the happiness."

Opening up about the show's forthcoming winter series, which begins on January 12, Anton said: "It's Love Island. The brand speaks for itself.

The show's aftercare team has come under scrutiny in recent years but Anton told us that the show's producers are still in touch.

"I still hear from them now," he said.

"Yeah they have been great support."

Anton is using his new found fame to launch new app Anton Fitness and the gym buff has admitted that he's keen to swap his reality TV persona for that of fitness guru.

He confessed: "The bottom line is the new Love Island is round the corner and I need to use my platform as best I can before it goes.

"For me it was never about fame. I had to go through the Love Island route for people to take me seriously. I wanted to get the platform. I'm not bothered about staying relevant.

"I don't want to be known as Anton from Love Island, I want to be known as Anton the fitness motivator. I'm very aware that there is a shelf life on this."

Anton Fitness features dedicated workout programmes designed by Anton himself, which are regularly reviewed and revised based on user feedback and progress.

A bespoke nutritional programme, put together by nutritionist Shayne Murphy, accompanies each plan to maximise results and helps users achieve their health and fitness goals.

Alongside this, the app's messaging hub enables users to communicate directly with Anton and his team, encouraging questions and comments so the Anton Fitness community can share their progress as they go.

With his app about to take off and his role as a World Merit Ambassador seeing him educate schoolchildren about health, it's fair to say there's much more Anton then his sizzling six pack.
