Love Island star Jack Fincham is set to undergo urgent surgery.
The reality TV hunk, who won Love Island with Dani Dyer back in 2018, is set to go under the knife on Saturday.
This comes after a medical examination on Wednesday found that his broken nose – which was caused by a car accident he was in last month – hasn't healed.
The star's breathing is currently being restricted by a badly-deviated septum.
Jack, 29, was set to make his professional boxing debut on November 10.
However, he's been forced to back out of the fight after discovering he needs to have the operation.
He says he currently can't breath out of the left side of his nose and added that he is "devastated" that he cannot box next week.
Jack said: “I was absolutely devastated when I realised I wasn’t going to be able to fight. I felt like I had let everyone down – my friends, family, trainer, team mates.
“I broke my nose on the steering wheel. My trainer Ben Davidson and everyone in the gym kept telling me that it wouldn’t be possible to fight with a broken nose but I wanted to stay in the fight so I tried working around it.
“But since the accident I’ve not been able to breathe out of the left side of it. It kept getting worse so we went back to the hospital this week and that’s when they told me I need surgery as soon as possible.
“It means I can’t fight on Tuesday. I’m devastated, absolutely gutted. I can’t tell you how much I wanted this. I was so ready for it. I’m going to be in the ring as soon as BOXXER can line up a new date for me, so probably early 2021.”
