Strictly Come Dancing 's Ranvir Singh has revealed she is "too scared to eat" ahead of the show and has lost half a stone in weight out of nerves.
The 43-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter confessed that the thought of showing off her dance moves in front of the UK has suppressed her appetite and caused her to lose a few pounds.
Appearing on ITV's GMB today, Ranvir spoke of how she was feeling alongside her co-hosts Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan.
Susanna kicked the conversation off by complimenting Ranvir on her new look as she the star said her co-worker was "glowing".
Susanna said: "You look like you've been in a training room and working hard."
Ranvir replied: "Shall I tell you the truth? I weighed myself this morning. Are you saying I look slimmer?
"I weighed myself and I've lost half a stone. Don't follow this rule, but I am so scared I can't eat.
"Because I think if I eat I'm going to be sick. I'm eating lots of fruit and stuff. But the poor fella has got to lug me around I feel sorry for him."

Piers Morgan left concerned as he's told GMB is 'hanging by a thread' on air
Piers added: "You've got that unfortunate extreme energy that everyone off Strictly gets.
"The old sparkle comes up and you all basically go a bit nuts and you all start bouncing around."
Ranvir responded: "It's the adrenaline, I kid you not!"
Piers says he has never watched the show and unlike his co-workers, haven't signed up for it either after Susanna, Charlotte Hawkins and Richard Arnold all stole the stage.
It comes after Richard uncovered Ranvir's first Strictly look on GMB last week and had many lovely things to say about his friend.
As soon as the snap appeared on the screen of her first look, Richard sweetly took a minute to gush over his colleague.
Richard gushed: "Wow, look at the barnet! You look amazing.
"I don't know when you had your frock fitted but when I did it all of those years ago they recycled one of Robbie's old outfits. The premier league footballer at the time, you can imagine the difference."
