Tilda Swinton is opening up about her sexual identity in the new issue of British Vogue.
The 60-year-old Oscar winning actress chatted with the magazine about her upcoming projects and iconic career, before sharing that she has always felt queer in her sexuality.
“I always felt I was queer,” she said, adding that she found comfort in her career. “I was just looking for my queer circus, and I found it.”
Tilda added, “I’m very clear that queer is actually, for me anyway, to do with sensibility. And having found it, it’s my world.”
“Now I have a family with Wes Anderson, I have a family with Bong Joon-ho, I have a family with Jim Jarmusch, I have a family with Luca Guadagnino, with Lynne Ramsay, with Joanna Hogg.”
Tilda is currently involved with artist Sandro Kopp, and shares twins Honor and Xavier with ex-husband, John Byrne.
Just a few months ago, Tilda honored her late Marvel co-star Chadwick Boseman at the Venice Film Festival. See what she said here…
