Helen Skelton has been showered in compliments while she holidays in the Canaries.
Not long since she sailed all the way to last year's Strictly Come Dancing grand final with professional partner Gorka Marquez, the 39 year old treated her Instagram followers to a look at her sunny family getaway with sons Ernie and Louis, and daughter Elsie.
"Pool days [heart emoji] Grateful for this time. Grateful for this gang," she captioned five poolside snaps.
"Brought my tribe away to meet up with the fam on their hols … three adults nine kids what could go wrong … these are the days.
"Can’t thank @thbhotels @onthebeachholidays enough … I have booked through them and stayed here a few times before so feeling very lucky that me and my three are back as their guests. #gifted #thankyou #grateful #familytime #mypriorities #canaries #onthebeach."
Helen's comment section rapidly filled up with well-wishes as social media users gave the TV star a massive ego boost.
Former Countryfile presenter Julia Bradbury began by sharing: "Enjoy it darling… You deserve it. Cuddle those babies xx", before a handful of messages read: "Gorgeous people [grin emoji] I hope you have an amazing time and cherish memories".
Others read: "so glad you’re having some time away with the fam. enjoy, you deserve it", "You deserve a break Helen. Hardworking mum xx" and "Have a gorgeous time, super mama xxxx".
Talk also turned to the mum-of-three's toned body, with plenty of fans wondering just how she manages it.
"Looking absolutely amazing Helen. Enjoy your time away with the family", "All that dancing clearly does wonders for your figure", "Yummy mummy.. looking fab Helen" and "Looking incredible how have you had 3 baby’s !!! Bottoms up darling [wine glass emoji] xxx," wrote another four fans.
"So deserved, you are a wonderful hooman, strong, fierce and inspirational. Three beautiful children, a fabulous career, excellent dancer and your how life ahead of you to be even more fabulous. Enjoy your break. Xx".
Back in November, the former Blue Peter host (who once cycled to the South Pole) caught up with OK! for an exclusive chat about life after marriage, following her split from Richie Myler.
"Life is a blessing. Sometimes my friends are like, 'You must have a down day,' and of course I do, but I was just always one of those kids that was brought up to believe there’s someone worse off than yourself, so just get on with it," she said.
“I invest in looking after my mind. I am a big advocate of the outdoors. I’ve always been the kind of person who needs to go for a walk every day or a run, or just get fresh air in my face. I used gyms and exercise to look after my mental health."
