Stacey Solomon has proudly shown off her stretch marks in an empowering Instagram post.
The stunning 30 year old mum of three said the marks on her hips are her “favourite” because they look like “glitter” in the sun in a candid series of posts.
In a clip posted onto her Instagram story, she explained her reasons for showing off her tiger stripes.
Loose Women star Stacey, who recently showed off her incredible bikini body, said: “Good morning. Before I start the day, and while he is happily playing with all my stationary,” as she pointed the camera to her baby son Rex.

Stacey explained that she had decided to show off her stretch marks.
As she filmed her hip in the mirror, she said: “I thought I’d kick mine off by showing you my favourite stretch marks.
“These are my favourite – not just because my hips had to grow so big so that I could get you and your brothers into this world,” she said while pointing the camera at the adorable son Rex.
Mum of three Stacey continued: “But also, because in the sunshine they sparkle like glitter.
“I just love them, they go all the way around my back and they’re my absolute favourite.”
Stacey, who has one year old son Rex with boyfriend Joe Swash and Zachary, 11, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships then spotted a photo of herself smiling widely to show of her hips.
Writing on top of the photo, she told her 3.7million followers: “So here is mine…
“Never be ashamed of who you are. Every tiny detail of your body tells a story of everything you’ve been through. All go the challenges you faced. The highs and lows of your story so far…
“So let’s embrace every bit of us and start to be kinder to our beautifully diverse bodies”.
Stacey, who recently enjoyed a staycation with her family, then aded: “Without all of this there would be no pickles,” referring to her three adorable kids.
She then ended her post by telling her fans: “Love you all to the moon and back.”
It comes after Joe Swash said he was move in love with Stacey than ever.

In an exclusive chat with OK! magazine, Joe opened up about his romance with Stacey as he gushed: “I love her to pieces and she loves me. We find each other hilarious, but also ultra annoying at times.
“We adore each other, we’ve got a lovely relationship and she’s so sexy. She’s beautiful. She ticks all my boxes. I’m a very lucky man.
“Years ago, before I met Stacey, I did Dinner Date, and they asked me who my perfect woman would have been. And someone sent me a clip of it lately and she ticked every box I mentioned. So I can tell the younger me back then not to worry.”
