Snoop Dogg showed support for “Black Panther” on Wednesday with a blinged-out version of King T’Challa’s famous necklace from the Marvel movie.
The Wakanda-inspired piece looks like it could cost five figures, but it’s surprisingly affordable: King Ice sells the 14k gold-plated, lab diamond-studded necklace for just $200.
Snoop Dogg, 46, has a personal connection to the film: The rapper collaborated with Psy on a song for the “Black Panther” soundtrack. He also hosted a screening at his home for dozens of guests and helped promote the movie when it first hit theaters last spring.
And Snoop’s been working with King Ice since December 2015, when he unveiled his Jungl Julz collection for the budget-friendly brand. His line features pendants shaped like a tiger head, a cup filled with purple “drank” and the continent of Africa.
The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” hitmaker layered his Wakanda necklace with a goat pendant, though it’s unclear if that piece was also a costume accessory. Either way, when it comes to jewelry, Snoop Dogg is clearly the GOAT: the greatest of all time.
