The Transformers actress, 36, showed off her ample figure as she wore a skintight mesh garment.
Fox went braless using just silicone nipple covers to protect her modesty.
The actress sported a long-sleeved dress featuring a psychedelic ripple print and a scoop neckline.
She teamed the outfit with some bold layered accessories, including several heavy-duty silver necklaces and long white nails.

Completing the look, the Expendables actress styled her vibrant auburn hair in a tight updo and went for a smoky eyeshadow and nude lipstick.
In a playful pose, Fox ran her hands over her body in a seductive video which she shared on Instagram to her 21 million followers, crediting her glam squad on Monday.
Fox is known for her sexy and alluring poses on social media, showing off her figure. Last week, she embraced the summer in a silver bikini and a similar see-through dress.

The couple have been very on and off and the stars were hit with split rumours back in February.
According to The Sun, rumours began to circulate of the couple splitting when the rocker was accused of cheating on Fox. However, the pair denied a third party was involved.
Kelly proposed back in 2022 under a banyan tree – a location that the couple have said holds a significant meaning to them.
Fox gave fans a glimpse of her diamond ring.
Friends of the couple flooded in with well wishes including Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.
