Tyla Carr rose to fame when she joined Loved Island back in 2017.
Finding love outside the villa with her boyfriend Roos, they both welcomed their first child Archie back in January.
Just 12 weeks after giving birth via caesarean section, the 25-year-old has revealed her incredible post-baby transformation.
Posing up a storm in a sexy before and after shoot, Tyla showed off her impressive 3st weight loss.
Flashing a sexy smile at the camera, Ms Carr flaunted her new trim physique in a flesh-flashing pink crop top and matching knickers.
Opening up about her life overhaul, the bubbly brunette shared that she enlisted help from musclefood.com’s Do the Unthinkable diet and exercise programme, which was devised by personal trainer Steve Ahern.
Sharing her weight loss secrets, Tyla said that she stuck to three meals a day at 1,600 calories and worked out three times a week, after hoping to get back to her size eight figure.
After parading her slim figure in a tiny bikini on Love Island, the star admitted that before she got pregnant she never had problems with her weight.
The bombshell opened up about snacking on pancakes and waffles covered in chocolate sauce during her pregnancy, racking up her weight gain.
Being brutally honest, she said: “Rolls of fat were completely new to me – I’d never had them – and sweaty patches under my boobs were certainly not something I expected when I put weight on.
“I’ve weighed around 8st 4lbs for years and never had any problems with my weight. Before I had Archie, I could eat and drink what I wanted and never gained a pound.”
Tyla insisted she loved her pregnancy curves and didn’t want to put herself under any pressure, but after being used to being trim Tyla said she wanted to lose weight to “feel more confident”.
Managing the exercise into her routine with Archie, she started walking miles with him and managed to fit the selected exercises in from home while he was napping.
