Chuggs Wallis may have been dumped out of the luxurious Majorca villa, but it appears he has a lot of insider information he's willing to share about the contestants on the hit ITV dating show Love Island.

The 23 year old, who left the programme after just two days of getting to know the guys and girls, claimed fellow Islander Jake Cornish, 24, has a "wandering eye".

Speaking to Simon Gross on Get Gossy with Grossy, the former reality star explained that he was attracted to blonde beauty Liberty Poole but neglected to pursue her due to her romance with the water engineer.

"If I'd known Jake said in the beach hut he would be 'interested in getting to know other girls,' then I would have hit on Liberty," Chuggs confessed.

When asked about what he thinks of Jake and 21 year old Liberty's romance, he explained: "I think Jake's interested to see who is next to walk in he has a wandering eye."

To which Simon replied: "Oh I hope not that be hard to watch. Maybe they might let you ride in on a horse and take Liberty away in the sunset."

Chuggs, who knew Hugo Hammond before they reunited on the show, then joked: "I’d have to go through a hell a lot of quarantine again!"

It comes after Love Island viewers begged Liberty to "wake up" after she admitted she might be falling in love with Jake.

Sitting outside with bestie Kaz Kamwi, 29, she explained: "He's starting to act like very couple-y with me…" The pair then turned to look at Jake as fashion blogger Kaz said: "Look at him smiling…"

Liberty then said: "He just makes me smile," as Kaz gushed: "That's so sweet."

The marketing student, who recently wowed in red lingerie, went on to confess her feelings towards Jake, 24, run deeper than she's been letting on as she continued: "I might be a little bit falling, a little bit."

Acting dumb, Kaz replied: "Falling where? You might be falling where?" to which Liberty responded by giggling before asking: "Are you going to make me say this out loud?"

Confirming her intentions Kaz said: "Yes," as she did the drumroll on the seat next to hear. Liberty then laid down as she said: "I think I might be falling… in… love."

Screaming in excitement, Kaz jumped up and said: "Oh my god," as they both giggled together.

Despite the pair clearly excited over the unfolding of events, viewers were left anything but as they flocked to Twitter to beg Liberty to "open her eyes".

One person wrote: "Liberty liberty liberty open your eyes #LoveIsland," as another said: "Liberty needs to keep her guard up at all times and remain vigilant. Jake is gaslighting her to a point where it's almost like he's controlling the way she thinks and feels it's scary. He has her up to point where he will break her heart and I'm not ready for that".

A third commented: "Liberty's Casa Amor heartbreak is going to hit harder than Amy's #LoveIsland".
