Former Celebrity Love Island star Abi Titmuss has moved on from her notable career in the UK after making a name for herself as an actress over in the States.
Now going by the name Abigail Evelyn, the former glamour model lives in LA with her husband, American musician Ari Welkom, and their young son.
The pair met while working on US soap Days of Our Lives in 2015 and got engaged two years later, and spoke opening about their hopes of starting a family soon after.
“I'm engaged to the love of my life and I'm ready to be a mum. Having children has always been really important to me,” Abi told The Sunday Mirror in 2017.
The actress received her wish as she married partner Ari whilst she was pregnant with their first child in a romantic ceremony on Malibu, California.
Shortly after, Abi spoke about how special the occasion was for her and her new husband, particularly as she was expecting.
"I was aware throughout our wedding day that there were three, not two, of us experiencing it together,” the TV star said at the time.
"The baby is able to hear now and it was lovely to think he or she could have been listening to us making our vows.
"When the harpist started to play, I could feel him or her moving around."
Abi became famous in the UK after she began dating ex Blue Peter presenter John Leslie back in the early 2000s, causing her to gain mass media attention at the time.
After the relationship ended, the former nurse entered into reality TV, appearing on several shows aside from Celebrity Love Island such as Come Dine with Me and Hell’s Kitchen.
Having received wide, intrusive speculation under the public eye, Abi discussed the struggles she experienced in the spotlight at its most intense.
“Financially I did very well but it came at a great emotional cost. I had very low self-esteem because I didn’t understand why it had happened to me and I didn’t think I deserved any of it,” she told The Sunday Mirror.
“I started getting my self-esteem from the camera lens and that is a dangerous place to be. If I was not on the front page I would worry.
“I was self-medicating with drink, drugs, shopping, food, relationships – you name it. I was going out every night… you enter a twilight zone.”
Abi now lives a private life happily in LA — far away from her past struggles and where she used to call home.
