James Corden has revealed that he has lost a whopping stone and a half in total during his weight loss journey so far.
Speaking to Zoe Ball on her BBC Radio 2 Breakfast show, the late-night talk show host proudly revealed: "I've lost, like, 23 pounds which is, what, a stone and a half."
The 42 year old Weight Watchers ambassador offered advice for others hoping to get healthy.
"This is my tip, and I'm not for one minute saying that I've cracked this, but I've done every single diet in the world, I've done them all right, and what I've realised is the notion of going on a diet is wrong.
"You're not going on a diet, you're going to change the way you eat, and you're going to change the way you eat forever. Just see this as 'this is how you eat now."
Recent pictures of James have seen him looking noticeably slimmer – especially when he spotted wearing a black Celine hoodie at a gas station back in March.
James joined Weight Watchers back in January after feeling "embarrassed" about his body.
In a post shared to WW's official Facebook page, the Gavin and Stacey star wrote: "I want to change the way that I live. I want to be better for my children and for my family.
"I don't want to wake up tired, or feel embarrassed when I'm chasing my son on the soccer field and out of breath after three minutes."
Addressing his exercise regime, James added: "My wife is planning a little circuit for us after this, so we do it together. We do these weights and little runs, and I moan about it constantly.
"In a year's time we are all going to be so ripped. It will be crazy. I will be like THE ROCK.2
James has always battled with his weight and previously shed six stone back in 2017.
