Gigi Hadid throws retro 28th birthday party for 'Zaddy' Zayn Malik

Gigi Hadid thanked boyfriend Zayn Malik for ‘making me a mamma’ as the pair celebrated his 28th birthday with a retro party.

The model paid tribute to her ‘Zaddy’ after the couple welcomed their first child, a girl, last year.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘Team No Sleep! Happiest birthday to our Zaddy baba.

‘So special. Love you long time, thank you for makin me a mamma to the best girl ever ☺️ Wish you the best every single day.’

Gigi also added a picture of the couple standing together with their arms linked.

The former One Direction star, wearing a white hat, grey jumper, and orange dungarees, looks down while exhaling smoke from his cigarette.

His girlfriend, rocking fluffy unicorn slippers, a long black coat a furry hat, poses next to him.

Gigi organised arcade games, party hats and decorations with Zayn’s face on to be delivered to their New York home.

She shared pictures from the special day on her Instagram, showing off various, colourful balloon displays.

Zayn and Gigi, 25, have been on and off since 2015, rekindling their relationship in 2019.

Their daughter was born in September and the pair are yet to reveal her name, nor have they released pictures of her face.

However they frequently give fans glimpses of her on their respective social media accounts, with new mum Gigi recently sharing a sweet photo of her baby holding her finger.

Confirming their girl’s arrival on social media at the time, Zayn wrote: ‘Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful, to try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task.

‘The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together.’

Gigi added: ‘Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love.’

It’s believed she gave birth on her family’s farm in Pennsylvania, where she’s spent most of her time during the coronavirus pandemic.
