Gemma Atkinson addresses rumours she’s expecting a baby
Gemma Atkinson regularly gives fans an insight into her home life with Strictly Come Dancing boyfriend Gorka Marquez and the couple’s 18-month old daughter Mia. The former Emmerdale star took to Instagram and revealed she was having to endure a painful issue with her eyes.
The 36-year-old took to her stories and captioned the post “pain” before detailing what happened.
It comes as the former Strictly contestant shared a relatable parenting struggle that many families go through.
In view of her 1.6 million followers, Gemma first explained that she had used an eye cream which admittedly left her eyes feeling “sore”.
But the Hits Radio DJ said she believed it had more to do with having “sensitive” eyes which left them feeling irritated.

“I changed my eye cream recently just to try. It’s not the brand. My eyes are sensitive,” Gemma admitted.
“Bl***y hell, my eyes are sore.”
The former Hollyoaks star was joined by her daughter Mia who sported a dummy in her mouth.
Gemma joked that Father Christmas had plans to take the pacifier away from her baby girl.
The former soap star also told her followers that she had received messages on social media from people saying that Mia should not have a dummy in her mouth.
“We’re having a dummy stage at the minute. Father Christmas is taking this year,” Gemma told the camera as little Mia stood up next to her on the sofa.
Across the video, the former model wrote: “She never has it at nursery but at home she always wants it.”
In another clip, Gemma asked Mia to take her dummy out of her mouth to which her daughter happily obliged.

The famous mum later thanked fans for their messages regarding their young ones using a dummy.
Gemma said: “Thank you for your dummy messages. Loads of you still use them.
“It’s only the odd few that are like, ‘Why’s she got a dummy in? She shouldn’t have a dummy in.’ She’s not even two.”
Gemma gave birth to daughter Mia, who she shares with Gorka in 2019.
The small-screen star recently dished on her plans to expand her family as the Strictly star revealed she received a stark warning from her mum.
Gemma said: “My mum’s already said to me, Mia’s too young yet, no more siblings, wait until she’s older… She’s given me the warning!”
Meanwhile, the former soap star shared a quote on the picture-sharing site accompanied by a picture of a dog waiting at home for it’s the owner.
It read: “While the world drives you crazy, there is someone waiting impatiently to heal you and make you happy.”
Her boyfriend Gorka cheekily replied under the post, saying: “Ok? So now I am a dog?”
